Help With Shielding
Help needed with sheilding!
I like this technique:Once you are grounded and centered, visualize a sphere around
yourself. Make this sphere mirrored on the outside and empower it with the ability to reflect the negative energies away from you. Not
necessarily back at the person who may have sent them
inadvertently. OTOH, the same technique can be used in a protection situation where you may *want* to send the bad vibes back at the
person attacking you. Sort of helping the Threefold Law along. ;-)
